These Terms and Privacy Policy ("Terms") govern the use of the KNOWS services provided by KNOW and H30 (as connector). By accessing or using KNOWS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the service.

KNOWS

Our application is for internal employees only. It connects marketing data from Meta Ads and Google to enable visualizations, reporting, and postbuy analyses for multiple advertising systems.
Our employees are bound by internal documents and contracts. This application is not intended for external users.

Privacy

We respect your privacy and only process essential personal data. We do not display advertising or store browsing data.

We won’t share your personal data, e.g., email or contact number, with any third party unrelated to our service.

Data Privacy and Retention

Data related to Facebook Ads API and Meta campaigns are securely stored within the tool and accessible only to authorized users. Google login data is used for verification, file generation, and ensuring authorized access.

What data are we processing and how do we process it?

We process Meta and Google account data, including campaign information and email addresses, to confirm user agency affiliation. This data supports postbuy analyses, visualizations, and task processing in Google BigQuery. Only essential user tokens are stored for access purposes.

Data Protection Mechanisms

All sensitive data, including Meta and Google account details, is protected using encryption during transfer and at rest. Access to data is restricted to authorized employees only, and role-based access controls are enforced to prevent unauthorized access. Regular audits are conducted to maintain compliance with data protection standards.

User Control and Data Deletion

Users can revoke access to Google data or delete stored information at any time. Go to Administration > Settings > Other systems connection, select the authorized Meta or Google account, and delete it.
